All credit card information is handled securely by our credit card processor, Stripe. DocDelta does not collect, store, or process your credit card information. We make use of your credit card information only to process payments related to the DocDelta Services you have expressly approved. To the extent that we do interact with or access your credit card information, we never share it with any third parties.
DocDelta uses high trust third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Amazon & IBM for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run DocDelta. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure, however, no data stored or transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information
If you are a consumer and you do not want content about you included on our platform, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will suppress your information from being accessed via our platform. However this pertains to DocDelta’s database only and not data providers and companies that already have this data.
If you have a DocDelta account, you can access, modify your personal information, or delete your account. To protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, we may maintain residual copies for a brief time period. But, if you delete your account, your information and content will be unrecoverable after that time. DocDelta may preserve and maintain copies of your information when required to do so by law.
